Garry Knopov is a former hospitality entrepreneur and real estate developer. He began his career in brand development before transitioning to designing and developing physical spaces and experiences for his own restaurants and real estate ventures. After building restaurants, bars, and apartments in New York City, Garry recognized the inherent misalignment and inefficiencies between clients and builders.

In response, he founded DECENT BUILD to introduce a neutral, efficient management workflow for construction and design processes. Working directly with clients, DECENT BUILD delivers enjoyable, predictable building experiences, specializing in design-oriented spaces and project management focused on cost, time, and resource optimization.
